Luminescence SOLD!!

$200.00

This piece is of one of my favourite subjects, our sister the moon and was drawn after sitting on the beach watching the moonrise above Cape Patton lookout on the Great Ocean Rd. The landscape is not quite the same but the colours are true to my memory of the luminescent glowing calm ocean in Petticoat Beach Bay. I used pencil and black ink pen in this drawing. The face of the full moon always reminds me of Easter as a child when we awaited her rise in the east to see 2 rabbits sitting opposite each other at their kitchen table in her face.
