How to Take Photos of your Artwork

To enter the 46th Apollo Bay Art Show you must exhibit in both the hall & online.

Please complete & submit entry form online.

No, the entry form must be completed by the due date accompanied by a photo of your artworks (as per conditions of entry).

Photograph in daylight; Straight edges (artwork parallel to camera); Remove from behind glass to photograph; Even light – no reflections

The artwork will display a red dot and remain on exhibition for the duration of the Show.
The artwork will display a red dot and remain on exhibition for the duration of the Show (when possible). It will then be collected and paid for in full by the buyer at the close of the show.

Unsold artworks must be collected on Collection Day: Saturday 15th April from 4pm – 7pm (as per conditions of entry)

Hopefully the buyer will be able to pick up the artwork from the Hall on Collection Day: Saturday 15th April.

If freight is required, buyer will be responsible. Call the coordinator to discuss individual requirements
