Poseidon
$420.00
The sculpture ‘Poseidon’ is one of a series of sculptures representing the Greek pantheon of ancient gods. Poseidon was the god of the sea and was represented by the trident, the dolphin and the tuna. His relevance today is perhaps more or a warning to us regarding the preservation of his rich and diverse underworld kingdom, a kingdom which is under threat from pollution, overfishing and short sighted planning. The sculpture ‘Poseidon’ reflects both the richness and beauty of the ocean and the darker, evil side that is threatening the destruction of this amazing kingdom.
