Fairies are always seen as cute and friendly, I wanted to create a work that showed there was a
darker, sexual, and intimidating side to these creatures. the whole idea behind blood fairy was an
elegant, threatening, and sexual being that holds all its power and strength. they are independent
and strong, they take up space and are unapologetic about doing so.
