Yes, works are limited to a maximum size of 100cm x 100cm including frame and 5kg in weight. If you have a work exceeding this please contact us to discuss
3D works are encouraged! Jewellery must be enclosed in a safe display box. Each item is considered one entry (a pair of earrings is considered one item). 3D works are generally limited to 1m at the longest side and 10kg. Please contact us to discuss any larger items.

No, an online entry must be submitted by the closing date (as per conditions of entry)
YES! Just ensure you can enter the CORRECT title, price and medium on your form. Amendments will not be made. Check the Conditions of Entry regarding how to differentiate your works if you have multiple “untitled” entries.
The Apollo Bay Art Show is run entirely by volunteers. Once we are in full swing we need to have your bank details already entered into the system in order to easily and quickly make payments to any artist who has sold work.
YES! Absolutely! All are welcome. Apollo Bay Art Show is an inclusive event.
We find buyers like to know a little bit about the artists, particularly where they are from, however it is up to the artist whether they supply a short bio or not.
It is absolutely fine to enter without submitting images. Images are used for promotional purposes on our web site and socials. There is no guarantee that yours will be included. If you do not want to supply these, you absolutely do not need to. But we do love them, and so do your potential customers.

Ensure you have good light and provide a straight image, cropped close to the edges of the frame/including the whole work. The average smartphone can take a great shot!

Unsold artworks MUST BE COLLECTED on Collection Day: Monday 13 April 2026 from 10am – 12pm (as per conditions of entry). No works can remain at the venue or be held by volunteers. You may nominate someone to collect unsold works on your behalf.
No. You need to deliver your work in person on the day and time specified in Conditions of Entry. You will also need to collect or arrange collection of your unsold works from the venue on the final day of the Show. ENTRIES CAN NOT BE ACCEPTED PRIOR TO OR HELD POST SHOW.
Absolutely yes! As long as your works are labelled correctly and are delivered to the venue as per Conditions of Entry. Please ensure your works comply or they will not be displayed. If you need to ask a proxy to collect your works at the conclusion of the Show, make sure that you have notified us in writing.
Works need to be delivered to the Art Show venue. Unsold works must be collected from the venue. Please refer to Conditions of Entry for dates and times. VENUE: Apollo Bay Community Centre, 4 Whelan St, Apollo Bay.
If it is not feasible for you to collect unsold works on the collection date please contact us to discuss an earlier collection. Unfortunately there is nowhere for us to securely store artworks after the show closes. We can NOT hold on to works after 12pm on the collection date. YOU OR A NOMINATED PERSON MUST collect any unsold works BY 12PM MONDAY 13 APRIL 2026.
