Artist Bio
Freya Skarsgard is a figurative artist who lives and works in Melbourne, Australia. Freya’s work introduces a personal dimension into the vastness and magnitude of imaginary worlds. Most of Freya’s research is concerned with the role of contemporary romanticism and ecology as a means of processing of personal experiences gained in the dialogue of human and nature.
Freya maintains Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts completed at RMIT University, Australia. Her paintings have been placed in private collections in Australia and Northern Europe.
