“Vibrance”, completed on canvas with acrylic, features one of Heidi’s close friends depicted in a colourful display; inspired by the street art which surrounds her daily life.
This piece was created in one of Heidi’s overnight painting sessions, losing track of time amidst the passionate and delicate working. Details were touched upon in the following days, with her confidence in the painting growing thanks to the support of her family and friends.

Artist Bio
Heidi is a 16 year old student currently studying VCE arts in the suburbs of Geelong. Specialising in the use of acrylic paints and ink, she takes great interest in portraiture and finds inspiration from the people around her.
She can often be found spending hours at a time honing the craft within her bedroom; this of course being balanced with keeping her very social and friendly cat, Mortisia, out of the supplies.
