Artist Bio
As an artist Suzette explores a wide range of art themes relating to ecology, climate change, and gender. Preferred mediums are painting in oils, mixed media, and ceramic hand building with a focus on tactile surfaces and sculptural pieces. Her work encompasses found objects, natural timbers, and nature.
Having forged a career in design and sustainability, Suzette has honed her design sense and understanding of materiality, and restorative practices. Today these themes and experience are brought to the fore in Suzette’s art.
