Sea Garden

$185.00

I have always loved seahorses and the way the male of the species gives birth to their young makes them more curious creatures. I free motion stitched this piece at a workshop run by Michelle Mischkulnig at the Colac Maker’s Space earlier in 2023. A variety of fibres and colours have been utilised to represent an underwater sea weedy garden. Following the machine stitching in the workshop I stitched back into the piece by hand using upcycled jewels.
