Apollo360 – The Wall

$200.00

Liberatas uses a combination of memory and photographs to draw her 360 space directly onto an equirectangular grid, allowing her to create a 360 image, best viewed on ones smart phone. Liberatas will then typically will place a QR code up in the location depicted in the art work, so that viewers need to be in location to access the work, allowing the augmentation of fantasy, or memory over reality or current time. This way of exhibiting her work has been described as “… a sophisticated new form of street art.”
This is an example of such work that she has created based off her home town in Apollo bay, she captures the bay in its most peaceful moments, something that only the locals are usually familiar with, the down periods between the hectic rushes.

The images to be displayed in the gallery are physical, flat layouts of these 360 images, accompanied by a QR code which will allow viewers to see the work as a 360 image. The exact size and dimensions of these images is TBD.
