Artist Bio
Helena (‘Ella’) Boyd is a Year 4 student at Apollo Bay P-12 College. She developed a love of painting long before she even held a pencil! Born in Melbourne, Ella loves to return there and visit the galleries of the NGV and Heide. She is inspired by Mirka Mora, Joy Hester, Frida Kahlo, Fred Williams and Van Gogh. Her paintings are diverse and reflect her passion for the natural world as well as her vivid imagination.
