I created 7,608 feet after visiting The Remarkables during a snow storm. I loved the way the mountain changed in colour as the elevations grew greater from greens to white. I have used a range of techniques to create rich, layered textures, from sweeping brushstrokes to abrupt pastel markings. It’s painted with acrylic and pastel on canvas.
