Artist Bio
As an artist Suzette explores a wide range of art themes relating to power, death, ecology, gender and domination. Preferred mediums are ceramic hand building, painting in oils, mixed media, and printmaking, with a focus on tactile surfaces and sculptural pieces. Her work encompasses found objects, natural timbers and nature.
Having forged a career in architecture, sustainability and education, Suzette has honed her design sense and understanding of climate change, sustainability, and restorative practices. Today these themes and experience are brought to the fore in Suzette’s art.
