Artist Bio
Audrey is a mixed media artist based in Ballarat, Victoria, Australia. She works predominantly with acrylics and watercolours, but also enjoys adding a touch of metallic mediums to her paintings.
The inspiration for Audrey’s work stems from her love of nature: flowers, birds, trees, the beach, and landscapes. She aims to bring the beauty of the world beneath our feet into her art and hopes to do it justice with simple forms and colours.
Audrey’s love of art and creativity began long ago, but was honed by spending 5 years learning from renowned local artist Jon Crawley. In 2017/18, she completed a Certificate of Visual Art I & II with Oxygen College, which gave her the confidence to explore artistry as a career.
Audrey’s hope is to make people smile with familiar subjects and a sense of wonder in her work.
