Conflict
$310.00
In this piece I have tried to portray the conflict that seems to be constantly surrounding us. We are bombarded with images of war and towns underwater as we try to recover from two very difficult years. Yet, somehow through all of this we see people banding together, to support one another. We seem to have become more grateful and ‘Acts of Kindness’ are often put up on social media. Here, thick straps of metal have been cut into the smooth wood and fragmented glass disrupts the sleekness of the surrounding glass.

Artist Bio
My name is Teresa Panczel and I work with glass. I am inspired by shapes, colours and textures around me. I am constantly exploring the effects of light through different levels of transparency in glass as a way of reflecting warmth, wonder and possibilities.
